Government sponsorship into @Makerere and other Institutions of higher learning needs to be reformed. The district quota system should dominate with 75% of all admissions and the national merit system 25%. Science courses should be made deliberately available at 50% of district quota admissions. This way Ugandans will develop interest in rural schools and stop the haemorrhage of would be wealth creation resources into fees.
