@mj2v @tbbolts @Disney @TouringPlans I’ll add to Universal beef in that the prices are incredibly variable depending on how busy it is. It gets real pricey real quick. That being said, I think Disney is called out more because it wasn’t that long ago they had a great system that didn’t cost money. Feels worse now

@tbbolts @Disney @TouringPlans I understand, however, the cost for the hotels that offer it have shot up drastically, and the hotel Express doesn’t work for HHN. I’m not saying it has to, but they seem to get a free pass for the same things Disney gets slammed for.

I haz a helmet. The heavy mandalorian helmet finished printing this morning. Hot off the machine and had to give it a test fit. @GalacticArmory for the stls Used @prusament and @Polymaker_3D Asa. Gonna need to get a few more cases for the whole set of armour I think....

@IanEwing Still need to give it a sanding and few coats of primer, especially on the bigger parts, or anywhere that had an overhang, but it drastically cut down on the overall prep But also this only works if your going after the textured finish that i wanted for this armor

Layer Lines hate this one simple trick that drastically reduces prep time on FDM parts

Spotted a @Rivian R1S driving around Windsor Ontario Canada yesterday, always cool seeing pre-production vehicles on the road, surprising amount of prototype/test vehicles on the roads around here. (which makes some sense as we are across the river from Detroit)

@3dpNero What did you use for texturing? I’ve been sticking with clone/storm trooper helmets because I don’t love the glossy shiny smooth look for mandalorian helmets.

We can confirm that power has been restored tp the Queensway Carleton Hospital and Royal Ottawa Hospital. Crews are focusing assisting other hospitals, the Robert O. Pickard Environmental Centre (ROPEC) water treatment plant, and the airport, among other critical institutions.
