I will soon be leaving this place - it has become too poisonous, and lost the tremendous water community value that it had. I bet almost none of my watery colleagues and friends will even see this. Prove me wrong.

@IanJSmall @O2 Had the exact same thing when helping my Mum last week with hers. Then surprise; as soon as I was on the EE website looking for “how to leave”, suddenly they called with amazing deals 🙃. Never made easy - is it?

Time to update my @O2 contract and the deals available are twice the price to leaving and setting a new contract, then there is no one available on the phone to help me. #terriblecustomerservice
