@DustinDemmer I agree but seed for it needs to get substantially cheaper for it to be adopted into lawns. Plugs into lawns, for species I know can be established there by seed, haven't had great success even when babied.

Pussytoes is slow to get going but once it gets this big, it starts sending out runners that root (like strawberries) and starts to cover ground (literally). There’s a lot of talk about lawn alternatives and this one is a top 3 pick for me.

We are devastated to say that at 6:00 this morning, the Chicago Rockford International Airport proceeded with their destruction of Bell Bowl Prairie. We are so grateful for all the love and support she has received over the last two years. I'm so sorry.

@zachportman Spite is my #1 reason for doing science. I actually hate bees, and science was the only legitimate route that allowed me to kill thousands of them.

Currently watching a new @QueerEye episode & they are talking about using flowering plants to attract #pollinators to help pollinate fruit & veg gardens! This whole season is the escape I need right now.
