@RTendulkarMD @alison_tree I agree. The BED of CL will be significantly higher than that of CK for the same physical dose.

@alison_tree Another potential (though minor) factor could be dose rate - did you measure time to complete each fraction, CK vs non-CK? With FFF VMAT & real time tracking it typically takes <2 min to deliver 8 Gy

#Radiosurgery of #cavernomas should prevent rebleeding, lesion growth, and deterioration of symptoms. However, there is no diagnostic tool to verify the endpoints of treatment. At present, the positive effects of radiosurgery are identified by observation and analysis on MRI.
