@ZARA_Care for an online order and the store gives me the wrong order, even when they checked my name. I think you need the online support to be a lot more customer friendly. Intially telling me to go back to the store and sort it out is not a good answer. #CustomerServiceFail

@virginmedia Fyi, if anyone has the "Auto-delete when full" setting on their Virgin 360 box. Be prepared that it "might/has" deleted all of your recordings and planned recordings. Best option given : "turn it off". Lost all my stuff... Good luck with that 😂 #VirginMedia #AutoDeleteFail

@virginmedia not very good if TV box reboots & loses all recordings and planned shows. Technical support unhelpful & no customer service. Seems a bit of an issue if a known setting causes this issue and a little better understanding as it's pretty frustrating. #customerservice
