Two years ago today, I sat with my mum holding my brothers hand as he slowly slipped away from us, aged 38. I prefer to remember him how he was before his #MND diagnosis- adventurous, outgoing and fun. MND stripped him of all these things. @mndassoc @alsassociation @IanPrattMNDF
