@Therichardralph Brother, what I’m seeing (a bit of a plateau) is NORMAL. This looks data optimal to me. I don’t think you need a push (harder you push for a short gain, the more likely it is to reverse on you when you stop pushing). Chill where you are for a bit, then go again, sustainably ❤️

Started the year with a big health push, aiming to lose 0.75 kg a week 💪
Things were going really well, but the past few weeks have been tough and I’ve fallen a bit behind my target.
Not giving up though! progress isn’t always linear, and I’m still proud of how far I’ve come.
I will be doing a big push over the next 2 weeks to break that 100kg milestone. 📉

@PeterMcCormack I think the way to sort this is to stop making home ownership the only path to wealth in the uk. Make other forms of wealth accrual more attractive eg increasing S&S ISA limit to 50-100k pa, reduce income tax and corporate tax to incentivise people starting businesses/investing?
