As an Emergency Response. Coordinator for many years I believe this governments handling of this pandemic disaster has been pretty shambolic. Obviously this is only my opinion but I would be interested to know If others feel the same

Many of the callous on my timeline who abuse or doubt NHS workers complaining about PPE shortages boast in their Twitter bios they are Brexiteers #justsaying

Chequers might be the better place for Johnson to recuperate but it is his weekend second home and the PM's fiancee travelled to join him. Obeying the rules he instructs others to follow?

@TheMendozaWoman @chelleryn99 The BBC made that Diane Abbott mistake it's lead story, despite it being in an LBC interview and her having got the figure right in her BBC interviews the same day. A week later Philip Hammond, the actual Chancellor, was £30 billion out when asked to say how much HS2 cost.

@KevinPascoe Then Hancock is clown. He should read Read the Health and Safety at work act. This is the Law. Prosecutions must follow at top of NHS management

@TomLondon6 It goes much further back than Johnson. In my experience I have visited industrial undertakings better equipped and with better facilities than the NHS

This doctor tragically died AFTER warning Johnson about lack of PPE. Sincere condolences to his family and friends. This appears to have been a preventable death. Has this story made the front pages? Has it led the TV and radio bulletins? If not, why not?

It would seem the top Management of th NHS have been ignoring Health and Safety law for years by not issuing suitable PPE. THIS IS A CRIME and should be dealt with accordingly

🚫 Still not enough ventilators. 🚫 Still not enough PPE. NHS deaths already into double figures. 🚫 WHO say test, test, test. Germany, South Korea & China agree. UK weeks behind on test & trace. 🚫 Bought 3.5 million antibody tests that don't work. Tory criminal negligence!

Thought experiment: imagine Labour was in government, Jeremy Corbyn was Prime Minister, and Britain had just suffered the worst 24 hour death toll of any European nation. Do we think the British media would be responding the same as now? And answer truthfully to yourself.

@IanYrret @ClarkeMicah @Shazzyrm @JuanPleb The request was not to stay indoors, but to maintain a safe distance and not to make unnecessary travels. Yes some might have taken that too literally, but they haven't directly/indirectly killed anyone, but a weak immune system has and will kill. The irony being your ignorance.

Then they are idiots @JuanPleb. An exercise ban will kill thousands in the long term, and make tens of thousands needlessly ill, mentally and physically. .
