We’re aware that there can occasionally be odors at Hoboken Station, particularly during certain tides and cold weather conditions where more air is coming into the station than typical. The smell is typically related to nearby water intrusion and drainage conditions from the Hudson River. To help address this, contractors plan to inject grout at the base of the affected walls to help seal the area and reduce water intrusion. This work is planned to take place later this year.
