‘…. I just want to do things differently, I want to be someone people will talk about years to come……’ Words of Fuad Atanda Lawal, candidate positioned to represent Eti osa constituency at Federal level. What do expect from FAL; hands on approach, Accountability, Humility, Accessibility, Engagement with the public and stakeholders. What has Fuad Atanda Lawal done? Infrastructure: from his #LightUpIkoyi project (one of the first chairmen to start lighting up Lagos), to the construction of roads, provision of water for the community which was immediately felt by the people. Business support: SMSEs grants with partnerships with some brands like @MoMo_PSB helped support small businesses and market women. This was instrumental combating effects of COVID crisis which was a global issue. 50 and 75m support grants setting him as one of the best chairmen of his own era. Job Creation, youth and women empowerment : this came at a critical moment where many people got jobs and referrals. This set him apart. He fed the people during Covid and used the vendors in the same community to run the outreach. Education: if local government can support the State government efforts on education; this can help reduce out of school students. Even without being in office his foundation is still on its educational outreach helping with buildings and other things needed like water, tables, computers, electricity, fences and buildings. He gave them a sense of belonging. Hear from the people #VoteFuad #VoteAPC @theoyinkansolaa @Osi_Suave @Dontee___ @akintollgate youtu.be/6xlA-GaenBg?si

Fuad Atanda Lawal is a sellable candidate and all you need to do is search his name and see testimonies even from some party critics. This is @HenshawKate giving FAL his due on @YourViewTVC; his leadership during COVID was underrated yet so productive from children to market women and even to job seekers. Stay tuned for more updates from me #VoteFuad #VoteAPC #EkoOniBaje @theoyinkansolaa @akintollgate @Dontee___ @Opetuyii

Who said government buildings should be basic and aesthetically unappealing? LASIMRA is boldly changing that narrative! From delivering consistent excellence in the past to now executing extraordinarily outstanding work, the Agency is setting a new benchmark with the ongoing construction of its iconic HQ, a project that masterfully blends functionality, innovation, and world-class aesthetics. We are deeply grateful to His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu , The Executive Governor of Lagos State, for his continuous leadership and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of the state. Our sincere appreciation also goes to all stakeholders in the telecommunications industry for your dedication to compliance, which has made our regulatory work far more rewarding and impactful. We eagerly look forward to the successful completion of this beautiful landmark project.

@KasiCloud has launched LOS1, West Africa’s first hyperscale AI-ready data centre campus in Lekki. The $250 million project, backed by @nsia_nigeria, also received key support from @OfficialLASIMRA under @Mr_Elegushi through fast-tracked approvals and duct access.

Kasi Cloud Launches West Africa’s First Hyperscale AI-Ready Data Centre Campus in Lekki – A Milestone Powered by Strategic Public-Private Collaboration Lagos, Nigeria – May 2026 In a landmark event signaling Nigeria’s bold push into the AI and digital economy era, Kasi Cloud Datacenters @KasiCloud officially commissioned its LOS1 hyperscale data centre campus in the Maiyegun area of Lekki, Lagos. The project, backed by a substantial $250 million investment and supported by the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), represents West Africa’s first purpose-built, hyperscale-ready, AI-capable, and carrier-neutral data centre platform. The facility, developed on approximately four hectares within a larger planned 42-hectare campus, is strategically located adjacent to six subsea cable landing stations, including Google’s Equiano and Meta’s 2Africa. This positioning ensures ultra-low latency connectivity. The first phase (LOS1) starts with 5.5 MW of capacity (upgradable to 8 MW), with the full campus engineered to scale up to 100 MW—dramatically exceeding the typical 20 MW limits of Nigeria’s existing data centres. Commercial operations are set to commence in the second quarter of 2026, marking a significant shift from construction (which began with groundbreaking in April 2022) to operational readiness. @OfficialLASIMRA’s Pivotal Role in Fast-Tracking Success: A key enabler of this project’s timely progress has been the Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency (LASIMRA). Under the leadership of its General Manager, Prince Oyekanmi Elegushi @Mr_Elegushi, LASIMRA provided comprehensive support, including seamless access to state duct infrastructure, assistance with duct deployment, and fast-tracked approvals for all necessary permits. From the project’s inception, LASIMRA worked hand-in-hand with Kasi Cloud’s team to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles and unnecessary delays. This proactive regulatory support ensured smooth construction and positioned the facility for rapid operational rollout. LASIMRA’s efficient permitting processes and infrastructure facilitation exemplify how targeted government intervention can accelerate transformative private investments in Lagos. Governor @jidesanwoolu, who also presided over the 2022 groundbreaking, reaffirmed the state’s commitment to world-class digital infrastructure during the commissioning. Strategic Importance to Nigeria’s Digital Ecosystem The Kasi Cloud Lekki campus is far more than a data centre—it is a foundational pillar for Nigeria’s digital sovereignty and economic competitiveness: •Tech Startups and Innovators: Local startups gain access to affordable, high-performance, low-latency cloud and AI computing resources. This eliminates reliance on expensive foreign providers, reduces costs, and accelerates innovation, product development, and scaling. •Telecommunications Industry: Proximity to major subsea cables enhances interconnection capabilities, supporting carriers, content providers, and hyperscalers with carrier-neutral services and improved network performance across West Africa. •Security Architecture and Data Sovereignty: The facility aligns with Nigeria’s National Cloud Policy 2025 (NCP2025) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. It enables in-country hosting of sensitive government, financial, and enterprise data, strengthening cybersecurity, compliance, and national data control. •Financial Services and Enterprises: Banks and large corporations benefit from faster transactions, enhanced data security, reduced latency, and lower operational costs—potentially helping retain a significant portion of the estimated $850 million Nigeria spends annually on foreign cloud services. @followlasg 1/2
