We simply worked harder. The most significant shift from 2024 to 2025 was our transition from being passive observers to becoming active contributors. As a community, our objective was not merely to grow but to introduce a renewed perspective on what a modern, purpose‑driven community can achieve. Since our founding in September 2024, we have operated with a clear mission: To build a space where WEB2 and WEB3 converge, grounded in transparency and designed to foster networking, learning, and a genuine sense of belonging, a place where members feel supported and can grow alongside the community. This vision emerged as a response to the environment of previous years: closed‑off groups, unrealistic promises of financial returns, and the notorious “alpha calls” disguised as referral farming. We began with no external investment and no prior experience managing a community, yet none of this limited our ambition. In 2025, we delivered: • Growth from 1,000 to 2,840 Discord members; • 92 gamenights hosted; • 25 AMAs; • 3 tournaments organized; • $27,320 USD in Giveaways; • Over 600K total reach across social platforms • 50+ videos published across YouTube, TikTok, and X • Tons of new users onboarded into WEB3 As we look ahead to 2026, our focus extends beyond simply “growing” our community. Over the past year, we have gained a deep understanding of the WEB3 landscape, what works, what doesn’t, which areas require improvement, and which practices should be left behind entirely. The lessons of 2025 have strengthened our foundation and clarified our direction. We are entering 2026 with a more mature perspective, a more resilient structure, and a clearer understanding of the role we want to play in shaping the "future" of WEB3.
