आज मैं पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में गया था. मैं ₹ 1 लाख का चेक लेकर बैंक काउण्टर पर पहुँचा, एक महिला कर्मचारी थी. उन्होंने कहा 30 हज़ार रुपये से ज़्यादा नहीं मिलेगा. दो दिन बाद यानी सोमवार को आना, मैंने बताया घर में शादी है, जरूरत है. यही बात मैंने मैनेजर को भी बताया, मैनेजर ने कैश देने से इनकार कर दिया. मैं फिर से अपनी बात रख ही रहा था इतने में बैंक में काम करने वाला एक प्राइवेट कर्मचारी मुझसे बेहद सख़्त लहजे में अभद्र तरीके से बात करने लगता है. मैंने सिर्फ़ लाइन में बोला - भाई साहब twitter पर मेरे 50 हज़ार फॉलोअर्स है, अब आप लोग तय कर ले की कैश अभी देंगे या बाद में बुला देंगे. क्योंकि कैश तो देना ही पड़ेगा, मैं भीख मांगने नहीं आया हूँ, मेरी बात सुनने ही बैंक मैनेजर को दिन में तारे दिखने लगे, उन्होंने मेरा चेक लिया, उसे बाद बैंक औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करके तुरंत ₹1 लाख रुपये दे दिया. मेरी तरह और 3-4 लोग बैंक में कैश की लाइन में थे. और सब को जानबूझ परेशान किया जा रहा था क्योंकि बैंक वाले भारी भरकम कैश बड़े व्यापारियों को दे देते है जिसके एवज में उन्हें कमीशन मिल जाता है. एक बात तो तय है कि अगर आप शिक्षित है तो आपका शोषण नहीं हो सकता. बाक़ी @pnbindia को ऐसे मामलों में बैंक कर्मचारियों पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए.

IDBI should be made a model public sector bank as it has all the ingredients in it to become the best public sector bank in the country.

IDBI Bank records one of the highest profit per employee ratios in the banking industry and continues to deliver consistent profits. Despite this strong performance, its proposed sale raises serious questions. 🚨 यह बैंक का सर्कुलर नहीं है बल्कि बैंकर्स को उनकी औकात बताये जाने का नमुना भी है! उत्तर प्रदेश ग्रामीण बैंक (#UPGB) क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय गोंडा का यह आदेश एक खतरनाक मिसाल है और “Privilege System” के नाम पर साफ संदेश दिया गया है: 👉 अब छुट्टी भी प्रदर्शन (Performance) पर निर्भर होगी 👉 मानव गरिमा को टारगेट से जोड़ा जाएगा 👉 जो टारगेट पूरा नहीं करेगा, उस पर निगरानी, दबाव और नियंत्रण बढ़ेगा ज़रा सोचिए… छुट्टी कब से “इनाम” बन गई? और प्रशासनिक अधिकार कब से “दबाव बनाने का हथियार” बन गए? इस सर्कुलर ने बैंकर्स को दो वर्गों में बाँट कर उनके अंदर डर भरके उनकी औकात दिखाने की कोशिश की है: “Performing” → जिन पर थोड़ा रहम किया जायेगा जिन्हे साँस लेने का मौका दिया जायेगा! “Non-Performing” → जिनको बेइज्जत किया जायेगा जिनकी छुट्टियों और जीने पर भी पाबंदी रहेगी! क्या यह बैंकिंग है या कार्यस्थल पर भेदभाव का नया मॉडल? सबसे बड़ा सवाल: → किस नियम के तहत Regional Manager यह तय करेगा कि कर्मचारी छुट्टी ले सकता है या नहीं? →कौन सा श्रम कानून यह कहता है कि टारगेट पूरा न करने पर बुनियादी अधिकार छीन लिए जाएं? क्या मोटिवेशन है? क्या यह परफॉर्मेंस मैनेजमेंट है? क्या यह साफ-साफ शोषण की नीति नही है जिसे “सिस्टम” का नाम दिया गया है? आज: छुट्टी कंट्रोल होगी… कल: सैलरी कंट्रोल होगी… फिर: ट्रांसफर हथियार बनेंगे… और पूरा करियर डर के आधार पर चलाया जाएगा… और अब सबसे बड़ा सवाल - यूनियन कहाँ हैं? वही यूनियन जो कभी शाखाओं पर ताले लगाकर कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों के लिए खड़ी होती थीं, आज पूरी तरह खामोश क्यों हैं? क्या अब वे सिर्फ दर्शक बनकर रह गई हैं? क्या प्रबंधन के दबाव के सामने खड़े होने का साहस खत्म हो चुका है? अगर आज भी यूनियन इसका विरोध करके इस सर्कुलर को वापस नहीं करा पाती तो UPGB वालो समझ लेना चाहिए कि अब यूनियन प्रबन्धन की गोद मे जाकर बैठ चुकी है और उनके नेता दलाल और हि-जड़े बन चुके है। यदि आज इसके खिलाफ पूरी मजबूती से आवाज़ नहीं उठी तो यह सिर्फ एक सर्कुलर नहीं रहेगा बल्कि यह पूरे सिस्टम में कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों को खत्म करने की शुरुआत बन जाएगा। बैंक कर्मचारी मशीन नहीं हैं। वे सिर्फ टारगेट नहीं हैं। वे अधिकारों और सम्मान के साथ काम करने वाले इंसान हैं। इस सर्कुलर को तुरंत वापस लिया जाना चाहिए। और जिम्मेदारी तय होनी चाहिए सबसे ऊपर तक। #Bankersvoice
