🗣️: "A brand should be civil, go and inspect the bread first, you don't just start threatening."
🗣️: "This is a typical failure of NAFDAC, they should have moved into action. People should buy bread and keep to see how long it will last so that NAFDAC would be forced to come out and tell us something."
This caller on the #SunnySide with @JoyceOnyemuwa is adamant NAFDAC could have responded better to the recent controversy involving Bon Bread and TikTok user, Love, over what the latter described as the unusually long shelf life of a loaf of bread.

God’s heart is torn apart by wars, violence, injustice and lies. But our Father’s heart is not with the wicked, the arrogant, or the proud. God’s heart is with the little ones and the humble, and with them He builds up His Kingdom of love and peace day by day. Wherever there is love and service, God is there. #ApostolicJourney #Algeria

Calvin Bassey: An African warrior. A fortress. The enforcer. The bull.
I salute you.

We thank God in all situations. A gutting way to end the tournament. The support & togetherness we’ve felt has been special. Sorry we couldn’t take it all the way, we fought and gave it our all. We’ll build on this. Not finished yet though, we still have something to push for. 💚

@UchePOkoye Uche, I don't regard the ideas here as advice to Soludo. It is a massive VISION you have for Anambra State. Do well to develop it further into a ROAD MAP with smaller action plans & finer details. Launch it as your vision. By the way, you are not too young to be a GOVERNOR.
English

When people say “Solution is here” and “Soludo is working”, they’re mostly referring to roads, Fun City, and the Government House. Yes, those are nice, but let’s not get carried away. They talk about building “industrial cities” while existing ones are wasting away right before our eyes.
Sustainable development should come before shiny, branded projects with his name plastered all over them.
Some will even point to that single-lane flyover in Ekwulọbịa like it's a revolution.
Look, I don’t have a problem with any of these things per se, but let’s be honest.
it’s clear Soludo doesn’t have a real long-term plan for Ndị Anambra.
If you really look at what he's doing, you’ll see it’s all about visibility projects that make his name loud, not lasting SOLUTIONS that sustains development.
Let’s break it down starting from the economic heart of the state:
>> Onitsha Axis – Trade, Manufacturing & Commerce
Here’s what Soludo should be doing:
Dismantle the tout network in Upper Iweka, especially that known hideout along Owerri Road.
Build a modern trade center that reflects Onitsha’s legacy as a commercial giant.
Develop or upgrade existing business parks.
Reignite and operationalize the Stock Exchange presence in the city.
Expand the Harbour Industrial Park.
Support ongoing power plant and gas reticulation efforts and scale them up.
Construct warehouse and modern storage facilities near the industrial zones.
Enforce clear, modern environmental laws not using thugs and touts as enforcement agents. It’s 2025, we’re not leading animals!
Use incentives to clean up the markets, punish and publicly shame offenders make cleanliness aspirational.
Drive trade promotion and city rebranding in partnership with ONICCIMA.
Expand the city toward Nsugbe, Umunya, Ọbá, and Ogbaru through well-planned secondary roads.
>> Nnewi Axis
Manufacturing & Industrial Backbone
This is the manufacturing nerve of the state. Here’s what should be happening:
Develop industrial parks in partnership with private investors.
Set up a Trade Promotion Agency focused on scaling local businesses.
Continue and expand road projects (yes, he’s doing this already credit where it’s due).
Revisit the Century Power Plant project. What happened? That’s a key growth enabler.
Push for gas infrastructure to support factories and reduce production cost.
>> Awka Axis
Education, Hospitality & Services
Build a data center and ensure strong, reliable internet connectivity. Ifite still struggles in 2025.
Attract more tertiary institutions, tech startups, and service firms into Awka.
Leverage the large youth population build sporting facilities, cultural centers, and enable nightlife in safe, organized ways.
Set up a modern security Tower (Post) at the 3 main exit routes in Ifite, install surveillance systems that cover the entire area.
>> Omambala Axis – Agriculture and Agribusiness
This region should feed the state and beyond. Here’s what’s needed:
Provide tractors and farming equipment.
Build better market access infrastructure.
Attract agro-processing plants to add value to the produce.
Focus on packaging and distribution not just raw produce.
>> Ogbaru Axis – Oil, Gas & Development
Ogbaru has huge potential, but it’s been neglected for too long.
Encourage oil and gas companies to invest by first building roads into those rich but cut-off communities.
Construct bridges, especially at Ulasi, to connect the region.
Enforce serious environmental impact assessments for incoming firms. No more pollution without accountability.
Train local youth on oil and gas-related skills so they can be part of the value chain.
Provide real community-based security not just men with guns, but partnerships with locals who know the terrain.
Until you can show me that Soludo is doing at least 70% of all these things across the different zones, don’t tell me he’s “working.”
He’s working on visibility of his name not legacy for the state.
And that’s the problem.

Peace is not a utopian ideal. #Peace is a humble path made up of daily actions, and is woven with patience, courage, listening, and action. Today more than ever, peace requires our vigilant and creative presence.
