@IdentityTweets Why is it that when we open up a new account we are told that green barcoded ID are not allowed I stores? My partner and I were so embarrassed when we went to a store and was told in order to activate the account my partner needed to go apply for a smartcard.

two yrs ago i settled outstanding balance with @IdentityTweets account and asked at the teller the procedures if i want to permanently close the account , i was advised to phone the customer service no 021 the person wrote on my slip ,the following day i called bt i received this
