If you are trying to silence or shame the amazing @HiboWardere for only talking about girls and women in the fight to end #FGM, just know this - we see you. We know what your motive is. It is misogyny; misogyny as violent and damaging as that rolling pin 👇 We see you.

Everywhere I go this #EdFest people stop me to say they support my stand on #WomensRights & #FreeSpeech. Members of public, politicians, celebrities. Male & female. Please, particularly if you have power, speak up publicly. The era of #NoDebate is over. 🙏

Completely true, pronouns are not a privilege! They are sex-based, noted by the observer, and I "revoke" them from no one, regardless of disagreement. I just use them accurately.
olli (they/them)@olli_watkins

@EmmaBatemanGPW @FW10826 @WoodlandGrower @natalieben pronouns are not a privilege you get to revoke from people who disagree with you. you are a hateful, bigoted woman. there is no place in the Green movement for neither hate nor bigotism

@IdollyDancing @Daves1412 No one mentioned trans except David it's rather transphobic of him is it not, when you were specifically talking about men. Twaw is this not the green party mantra? It's as if David knows full well who men are.

@Dis_Critic @IdollyDancing Because we ended up back at the start of the discussion, it was clearly time to end it. I made my initial response to their points about pronouns. My response stands and does not require repeating, and so we were both (I hope) happy to end it there.

@Daves1412 I mentioned sex-based pronouns from the beginning; mute me if you wish, this is Twitter after all! But everyone who follows either of us will see exactly what you and I could or could not defend. Go well.

@IdollyDancing Why are you associating all men with trans people? This discussion is about trans people. I am going to mute this discussion if it continues to deviate from the topic.

@Daves1412 No, I said " pronouns are sex-based". So when I say he/him, I am referring to a man/male, a person statistically, biologically, &evidentially* proven to be the greatest risk to women and girls. Why are you associating that with trans people? Bit terfy, no?

@Daves1412 Proof of "far right wedge", please, rather than women like me (rape victims who have survived poverty) pointing out that males are a risk to females 🙂 BTW - males have been a threat to women for millennia, so what time scale should we put on your collection of evidence?

@IdollyDancing I do all the time, that’s the whole point. Trans people are another vulnerable group and this is a classic far right wedge tactic designed to divide society. Refugees, immigrants, trans people, etc etc none are a problem in spite of the claims. Spreading hate solves nothing.

@IdollyDancing You have provided no evidence because it doesn’t exist. These claims have repeatedly been demonstrated to be false. The so called GC movement originated in the US Republican Party to divide society by encouraging one vulnerable group to punch down on another.

@Daves1412 I do challenge the patriarchy, David. It's made supremely difficult by those who pretend sex is irrelevant, that male and female are nothing but social constructs. Yet here we are. I hope you, and every decent person, also choose to challenge the ruling male class, David.

@Daves1412 I repeated proven facts about males, David - that those who are male are statistically a threat to those born female. Strange that you want to equate these facts to "trans people".

@IdollyDancing Because trans people are no danger to anybody. Because all they want is to be left alone. So your claim about trans people is flat wrong.

@Daves1412 That our country is "failing apart" [sic] I would point back at the ruling class, David - that would be males.

@Daves1412 In what way is it pointless, David, to reiterate that the biggest threat to women and girls is those born male?
