The dose makes the poison. The dose also makes the medicine, when administrated correctly. Choose wisely.

My friend and I went to @bokkumart yesterday to get groceries. Amongst everything we got yesterday was 10 packs of noodles- 2 oriental noodles and 8 chicken flavor indomitable noodles. Please tell me why I was going through the receipt this afternoon to reimburse her and I was seeing that the cashier entered 48 packs of noodles. 48!!!! I understand that mistakes happen but why did we go to @bokkumart to get a refund and there was no formal process for quick resolution?? First we were told we had to wait for hours. Wait for hours at bokku ke?? Asin wait in a mart that has no seats? Then we were asked to drop our receipt and come back later? Drop the receipt as how??? As in, make I drop my Exhibit A??? Following our refusal to drop our receipt, they went on their system to check for the transaction and there was no trace of said transaction on their system???? @bokkumart there’s a reason I spent 5 years in the uni and an extra year in Law School. You guys have pissed me off enough today. Do the needful immediately.

I will have to agree with this. Many Nigerian drivers are atrocious, lawless with zero regards for road rules. Just speed and vibes.

As Foreign Visitors Continue Testifying About the Greatness of Nigeria Just a few days ago, the American rapper DDG visited Nigeria and was wowed by how developed our country is, testifying that Nigeria is better to live in than many parts of the United States. Now, it is Nick Pisa, a journalist from the United Kingdom and a senior reporter with the Daily Mail, who is visiting Nigeria to investigate the Anthony Joshua road accident. And Mr Pisa has this to say about Nigeria. He says our roads and highways are so good, smooth, and motorable that "Highways England would be very proud of them." For the uninitiated, Highways England is the organisation responsible for road construction and maintenance in England, one of the countries of the United Kingdom. So, while you, who have never been out of Nigeria, constantly badmouth and belittle your own country and then deify and praise Western countries, like the US and UK, their own citizens, who have experienced both locations, can't stop expressing their surprise at how well-run and modern Nigeria is. As I have said multiple times, the major challenge in Nigeria is not bad leadership, though no country is perfect. Too often, our issue is with bad followership. Unpatriotic citizens who would prefer to tank their country because they are not pleased with the outcome of an election. May God bless Nigeria, and may this country continue to progress and attract the attention of the world to testify about her goodness. Reno Omokri Gospeller. Hello Victor, and thank you so much for sharing the good news about Bamboo. And you’re right! You deserve a reward for being a real one. That’s why, amongst other things, we’ve designed a system that rewards you with up to $1000 a month when someone in your circle makes their first US stock investment using your referral code. And since we’re on topic, let’s open up the conversation. Who’s that one person that’s been your finance plug this year, always putting you on the best ways to earn on Bamboo? Tag them. Who knows? Christmas might just come a little early 😌💚

Getting my wife and her colleagues onboarded on @investbamboo, and it just occurred to me that African startups still need field sales agents. All of the work I have done on their behalf is unpaid because I love the product, but it is not sustainable. This isn't my job! If they have someone just going from office to office, they would onboard a whole new generation of people. I should talk to Yanmo about this.

In 1981, a Nigerian company pulled off the unthinkable: acquiring a European Coca-Cola bottling franchise. But 30 years later, in 2011, it quietly delisted from the Nigerian stock exchange. What looked like a fall was actually a bold pivot. Here's the untold story. 🧵👇🏽

HM Edun Meets Folay Industries on Scaling Local Manufacturing and Agro-Value Addition The Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, on Tuesday met with executives from Folay West African Limited, as the company outlined its expansion plans to boost Nigeria’s manufacturing capacity and strengthen the agricultural value chain. Folay Industries, a fully Nigerian-owned FMCG company operating from the Lekki Free Zone, has invested more than ₦11 billion in local production, sourcing grains domestically and creating jobs through backward integration. The company is among a growing group of indigenous manufacturers replacing imports with competitive, made-in-Nigeria products. The Honourable Minister welcomed the progress and reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to supporting private-sector investments that drive industrialisation, deepen supply chains, expand exports and create sustainable employment. He noted that initiatives like Folay Industries represent the shift toward value-added production — a critical priority for economic diversification and long-term growth.

@ayosogunro If there was X (formerly Twitter) during the wedding in Cana of Galilee and an attendee had tweeted about what Jesus told them to do, I am pretty sure someone would have said it qualifies as a mental disorder. Oh...this will apply to EVERY miracle Jesus did.
