The political situation in Rivers State btw Gov. Sim Fubara and Wike is a clear example when they say, nerve go into agreement with the devil, no matter how beautiful the offer is. He gives you cap today and tomorrow he’s demanding your head. APC is a devils party, they gave Gov. Sim temporary power and they have taken his freedom.

I REJECT THE CONCOCTED RESULTS OF THE ADC PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES Following reports of widespread voter disenfranchisement in most parts of the country during the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Primaries yesterday, I unequivocally reject the concocted results being announced. I had initially stated that I will only accept the outcome of the Primaries if the process was free, fair, and transparent, and I stand by my word. I will not accept results from a process that does not reflect the values that the ADC had pledged to uphold, to rescue Nigerians from the impunity and gross mismanagement that our country is currently facing in the hands of the ruling party. There’s no way that about eighty percent of members of the party were not allowed to vote, and you expect me to accept such results. Then what makes us different from the others? The whole idea of the ADC was to give the Nigerian people a platform, to amplify the voices of the downtrodden, and make Nigeria a better place for everyone irrespective of backgrounds, ethnicity, or religion. A party that criticizes the ruling APC and INEC for vote buying, rigging and writing of results, cannot be engaged in vote buying, writing of results, and other electoral malpractices that leads to the disenfranchisement of voters who are party members. This is not acceptable! - Rt Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi

🇵🇦⚖️ NO MORE RAISING A CHILD THAT ISN'T YOURS: PANAMA APPROVES LAW THAT WILL JAIL MOTHERS WHO LIE ABOUT PATERNITY 🏛️ Panama's National Assembly approved, in its third debate, Bill 510, which turns so-called "paternity fraud" into a crime. The vote was overwhelming: 42 in favor, none against and no abstentions. 📋 The law punishes with two to five years in prison, plus fines, anyone who induces a man, through deliberate deceit or concealment, to recognize as his own a child who is not biologically his, forcing him to take on legal, financial and emotional responsibilities that are not his. ⏳ The sentence can rise by up to half in the most serious cases: when the deception lasts more than five years, when two or more children are affected, or when someone gains a repeated financial benefit. 🧬 The bill also makes DNA testing mandatory in these proceedings and allows the affected man to claim back what he spent from the actual biological father, if that father knew the truth. It also includes a clause protecting the child: a fraud ruling does not affect the minor's access to state protection. ✍️ The text is not final yet. It now goes to President José Raúl Mulino, who must decide whether to sign it or veto it. The bill's sponsor, lawmaker Jairo Salazar, insists the measure is meant to deter and not to attack women or families, while women's groups warn that bringing a family conflict into prison could end up hurting the children themselves. Copied.

Today, I participated in the APC Presidential Direct Primary at my ward in Ikoyi, Lagos, alongside my dear wife, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON. Democracy is not sustained by noise, speculation, or borrowed platforms. It is sustained by citizens who show up, party members who believe, institutions that endure, the grassroots, and a political family rooted in the people. The APC remains focused, organised and deeply grounded across Nigeria. Others may gather around grievance. We gather around structure, service, and the work of nation-building. Together, we will continue to renew hope, strengthen our democracy, and build a stronger Nigeria for all. Bola Ahmed Tinubu President Federal Republic of Nigeria
