Driving the Nairobi–Eldoret Highway yesterday felt like watching a trailer, not the movie. Every few kilometers: a fresh excavation. Then a stretch where grass has already grown over “ongoing works.” We’re not building roads anymore, we are staging activity. Because real progress is boring: finish one section, open it, move on. But optics? Scatter works everywhere so it looks like something big is happening. Kenyans don’t need PR patches. We need complete, usable roads.

I ask whether a judge is permitted to use a particular school of jurisprudence as a fixed and determinative position 3. Does the constitution combine the various schools of legal reasoning (jurisprudence)? 4. Does the constitution have a framework for legal reasoning (a basic structure for reasoning)? Apparently Ruto wanted to forcefully takeover Ciala Resort in Kisumu and the owner refused, now they are using EACC to intimidate him, asking why he is worth kshs 30 billion yet his salary at KRA is Kshs 486K Kwani customers who have been going to Ciala Resort have been paying in stones? Or it is only Weston that can make money? The other day it was Tuju’s properties, now it is George Obel’s property. Kwani how much wealth does this guy want? And you hear some Luos singing the Tutam Nonsense. Ruto should keep off Ciala Resort and stop using EACC to intimidate successful Luos.
