Juja is no longer safe. Sijui ni wakora ama ni goons but hii place haiko safe. 2 weeks ago nilikua attacked na mavijana wawili walikua na panga. Nilikua na my 2 other friends tulimanage kuhepa safe but 1 of my friends aliibiwa simu. Last week a friend of mine alikua anatoka job ya CCI 2am alikua attacked. Imagine kuattack dem alafu on top wana mkatakata na panga. Dem ameharibiwa sura vibaya sana. Jana usiku tena nilifikiwa. Hapo midnight after game ya Man U nikiingia kejani mavijana watano walinitoa siaka. Nilimanage kuhepa. To make it worse hii serikali haifanyi shiet. Na hizi ukora zinaincrease. Alafu after hii yote online goons watakuja kusema nadanganya. Fuck you niggah. Unarant na uko sijui Pokot. Anyway Juja is no longer safe. Check on your siblings.

It has now been eight months since the tenants in this house in Utawala stopped paying rent. The owner of the plot has completely disappeared. No one knows whether he fell sick or actually died. The tenants have tried calling him many times but his phone is unreachable, and in all these eight months, not a single family member has come forward to demand the rent.Have you ever heard of cases where a person builds rental houses like this, then dies without ever telling his wife or children that he owns rental property somewhere? As a responsible tenant, what should we do in this situation? Should we report the matter to the area chief so he can try to trace the owners, or should we just continue staying without paying rent? And what if one day the owners suddenly appear and demand the full year’s rent in one lump sum — would we even be able to pay it?
