1. They do carry out kyc for rise, no problem that's preety normal, those who fail to board rise, they give direct payout through crypto, if you want any fact check and proof I can provide that too. 2. Yes u don't care that can be seen through comment section of any social Media of urs, u don't care that's why many payouts are still pending since 3 or more weeks, u don't care that's why people have to mail 10 or more times just to recieve a single follow up 3. We asked for an alternate solution for payout who can't board rise, what u did? Gave us the same problem back by doing kyc through sumsub, who rejected KYC in rise, so it will reject kyc in crypto method too, how come it's a solution? Just think of it na, just think of it. 4.Don't just say u are best bla bla bla prove that, if u are really best people will themselves say it out for u 5. There is serious problem with ur so called "KYC" , Why is it failing again and again? And why only with xybit? Why not with other platforms I'll not take the names, but why same documents are accepted there and same are rejected here? If you are really for traders and want to help traders as ur ceo @thetraderoom_ said on the launch of this platform, then why you are not seriously looking into this matter? And why u are deleting the accounts when kyc is failing? What is this new rule? Or u are just searching reasons for denying the payouts, I'll tell u one this, it takes year to build the reputation, but only few days are enough to ruin it all, keep this in mind, u will not grow if people are troubled and not happy!! I just want to know if Xybit thinks I am a fraud then how come other platform like red dot pay and Paybis approved my KYC from same sumsub ID. HOW? You can ask me to verify in any platform with same sumsub ID. I bet all will approve but xybit will not. I am so frustrated on @thefundedroom support instead of giving a manual re-KYC and giving me one fair chance they were so quick to falsely breach my account and delete it permanently. I also got payout approved mail and I waited for one week after that they deleted my account. If anybody thinks I am just a another hater you can check my past posts… Those who trade in this platform know very well if I had any rule violation they wouldn’t approve my payout in the first place. Traders who are getting paid will not understand how it feels to lost your one month hard earned profits and as for @thefundedroom they don’t care about minority. There are very less trader who are going through this same issue. Consider my case as an example for those who are thinking about trading in @thefundedroom and I suggest create a rise account before you purchase a challenge account. Unless my payout is given to me…@thefundedroom is just a fraud to me who kept my hard earned profit. It took me 1 month to get to payout stage.
