Not to mention my spinal surgery that is coming up is NOT offered where I live (biggest city in the province) so I have to pay for myself & a support person/driver to get it done!

I guess when you reschedule appointments now, there's a 6 month to a year wait for another appointment. That's what happened to me.
If someone has cancer, that's a possible death sentence.

Wendy’s & A&W just opened on 2 of the corners across from them.

Absurdly cruel that Canada Revenue Agency is the gatekeeper for federal disability benefits. It should be done by Service Canada, like the Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefit. And the test should be the same, not far more strict. thestar.com/politics/feder… via @torontostar
