The family of a child who was repeatedly raped by a man who Ken Paxton let off with no new jail time is speaking out: “The fact that Attorney General Ken Paxton allowed this man to get away with molesting and sexually abusing [our] son for three years is completely disqualifying. Adam Hoffman could have faced life in prison. Instead, Ken Paxton and his office offered him a deal that kept him off the sex-offender registry and included no new jail time.”

He’s too fucking good at this. OSSOFF: You said Iran's military had been rendered combat ineffective for years to come & Operation Epic Fury achieved every objective. Were those accurate statements? HEGSETH: Crashing out… OSSOFF: Mr Secretary. You need to answer the question.

HEGSETH: We had US boats that surrendered to Iranian ships during the Biden administration-- REED: Listen -- we're talking about the war you started. Not a situation in which oil was flowing freely, there was no conflict, we weren't losing personnel. So your fallback to the Biden administration is just a very very obvious excuse for what I think is gross negligence.

The House will pass a $12 billion bailout for farmers suffering from high fuel & fertilizer prices caused by the Iran War, expensive equipment & parts caused by tariffs, and lower sales prices for commodities due to trade disputes with China. But the GOP is fighting communism!

So, the reflecting pool has been drained. There is no evidence of a 350 foot slit that Trump claims. The pool's lining has turned from blue to a grayish color (not blue at all). There is evidence of tire tracks over the sprayed coating from Trump and his motorcade driving over it. The only thing it reveals is Trump's incompetence as a businessman and a president. He's gonna used the same buddy he hired with a no bid contract to repair it. How much do you think that'll cost the taxpayers this time? Well, I must admit. Trump is great at one thing, lying.

We watched Trump's dangerous and deranged speech so you don't have to. Here are the moments you need to know about: — He openly laid groundwork to challenge the midterms. He claimed our elections were "compromised," clearly setting up the justification to tamper with results before a single vote is counted. — He said he'll "correct vulnerabilities" in our elections. Translation: he told you exactly what he plans to interfere with. — He contradicted himself on China in real time. He first claimed China was "working to influence" and "undermining confidence" in him, then said he was doing a "great job" with them back when he made the claim. He couldn't keep his own conspiracy straight. — He claimed China rigged the 2020 election, this time by getting journalists to write bad stories about him, because China supposedly wanted Biden to win since Trump was "wise to them." — He said they found "burn bags" from the Obama Administration full of supposedly incriminating material, without ever saying what was actually in them. — He said he needs "urgent measures" to stop our elections from being "hacked," citing Maduro's rigged machines in Venezuela in 2020 as his "evidence." — He attacked networks for not airing him live, accusing them of being "part of the conspiracy to rig elections" and suggesting they should lose their broadcast licenses. — He announced he wants to seize voter data from states he's deemed "vulnerable" ahead of the midterms. This was a sitting president telegraphing, step by step, how he plans to undermine the 2026 midterms with egregious lies and conspiracy theories.

And there you have it. Donald Trump released these documents tonight believing they would finally prove the 2020 election was rigged against him. Instead, his own release reinforced the exact opposite: Russia interfered to damage Joe Biden and benefit Donald Trump. The central @HunterBiden -Burisma bribery smear was built on fabricated claims from an FBI informant with Russian contacts, a man now serving six years in federal prison. Meanwhile, Hunter Biden is winning millions in court over defamatory lies. Trump tried to expose a conspiracy against himself and accidentally exposed the operation that benefited him. Absolute, breathtaking incompetence. Thanks for releasing the receipts, Donald!
Sam Stein@samstein

This is really incredible. Docs released by Trump tonight confirm RUSSIA tried to spread claims Biden was engaged in criminal activity vis-a-vis Burisma and that it advanced those narratives "with US officials" and planed a "high-profile corruption scandal... at the peak of the 2020 US presidential campaign."

Trump says Democrats forgot to rig the election in 2016, successfully rigged it while *he* was president in 2020, then forgot how to rig it again in 2024. So the only election Democrats supposedly stole was the one he himself controlled. You have to be a special kind of stupid to believe this bullshit.

Schiff: You've also refused to release volume two of the special counsel's report. That was an investigation into the mar-a-lago documents case. How is that not an abundant conflict of interest refusing to release to the public an investigative report of an investigation into your client? Blanche: I am not a judge, a federal judge. Schiff: The department's position under you, Mr. Blanch, was do not release the report. If you went into court asking them to release it, it would be released by now. So how is that not a patent conflict of interest?

ICE disguised in plain clothes tackle elderly man in airport—assisted by TSA officer. Agents ran away when saw they were being filmed. So fast they left man with handcuffs on his wrist for over an hour. "A stretcher arrived to treat his injuries... He boarded my flight," said witness. Incident occurred inside Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. Chris Motley doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length and credited video here to help raise awareness.

Former Pardon Attorney: A federal judge found that Mr. Blanche personally misled this Congress about the department's settlement agreement with Trump. To the public, it looks like Mr. Blanche is running the Justice Department as Trump's personal law firm. Blanche has repeatedly placed Trump's interests ahead of the interests of the country. The settlement agreement is a perfect example. It protects the entire Trump family and all of their businesses from any investigation forever. It gives away $2 billion of our money for no reason at all.

🚨BREAKING UPDATE OUT OF MAINE: The man killed in the Biddeford, Maine ICE shooting has been identified as a 26-year-old Colombian man who was authorized to work in the United States and had been issued a Social Security number. This wasn’t a “violent criminal.” This wasn’t even an undocumented immigrant. This was someone who had legal authorization to live and work here. So why was ICE trying to pull him over? A witness also says he saw a large white vehicle ram the smaller vehicle, followed by a second impact… And heard gunshots. He says he then saw an officer open the vehicle door, pull a man out with blood covering his head, and heard him say: “I tried to stop.” ICE agents do not have the authority to stop whoever they want, give conflicting orders, escalate an encounter, and then use deadly force when that situation becomes chaotic. If the government gives agents the power to carry weapons and take someone’s life, those agents have a responsibility to make sure they are acting within the law before they create a situation where someone can be killed. A person’s rights do not disappear because an ICE agent decides to stop them. Which means the question that must be answer is this… Was this man killed because ICE created a dangerous situation that never should have happened? Because when the government can put someone in a life-or-death situation, the question cannot only be whether the final seconds justified pulling the trigger. We have to ask why this encounter was allowed to escalate in the first place.
