The chameleon is a unique animal. It is not deceptive; it adapts to survive danger, hostility, and changing environments. Its ability to adjust is not a sign of weakness, but of wisdom, awareness, and survival instinct. Those who mock adaptation often forget that rigidity has destroyed more people, institutions, and nations than flexibility ever did. In politics, there is a clear difference between opportunistic movement and principled transition. One is driven by personal gain; the other is driven by conviction, vision, and the search for a better platform to serve the people. Mr. @PeterObi’s political journey has never been about tribe, power, or personal survival. From APGA to PDP to LP to ADC, his values have remained remarkably consistent: prudence, accountability, competence, production, and compassion for ordinary Nigerians. The platform changed, but the message never changed. The environment changed, but the character remained intact. A man who left office without stealing public funds, who still flies economy when others squander state resources, who speaks more about schools, hospitals, security, and production than about opponents, cannot honestly be described as a political chameleon in the negative sense. If anything, he represents ideological consistency in a political environment filled with transactional alliances and convenient morality. Ironically, many of those attacking him today have crossed more political bridges than they can remember, defending one government today and condemning the same principles tomorrow. It is therefore difficult to take lectures on loyalty from individuals whose political history reads like a revolving door. People like Daniel Bwala especially should exercise restraint before attacking others over political association or movement, considering their own very public political transitions and recent outings, including Doha engagements that raised more questions than answers among Nigerians. The real issue before Nigerians is not who changed political parties. The real issue is who has changed Nigeria for the better. History will not remember those who shouted the loudest on television or social media. It will remember those who stood consistently for justice, competence, fiscal responsibility, and the dignity of the Nigerian people, regardless of the political platform they occupied. -DrMo

Advice: You don’t have anything to prove to anyone, you don’t need to brag about being in any inner caucus. Allow people fly with what ever belief they have, what will be will always be. Learn to keep information to yourself and ignore the urge to drop everything you’re privy to online. If you want a seat at the table of power, it is very important to learn discretion.

Lol…We have been mentally dealt with in various ways by both colonization and neocolonialism. Same way Igodomigodo go House of Representatives de speak nonsense and we de laugh over it. A nation is failing, someone is busy mixing up Latin, Italia and other languages together to communicate to a diverse society like Nigeria.

@TunjiDisu1 your Police Public Relations Officers need proper training. Especially that idiot (pardon my language but absolutely necessary) Bright Edafe. Why would Bright go on TV and attribute the brutal extrajudicial killing of a man by a Police Officer a spiritual problem?

We have been in an unending fight against police brutality and killing. Some of the men on uniform are cultists who choose the force just to deal with their rival cult members.

THERE IS NO WAY the first time you're committing extrajudicial killing, as a Nigerian Police Officer - is on tape, in public. To do so, is backed by a level of confidence - only sanctioned backyard killings has given you. It is definitely your operational standard.

There is nothing interacting with any Nigerian elder in politics that will set a visionary path for you. If you want to embark on nation building, start from your local community, and make sure have enough money or sources of income, to avoid making the resources of the people yours. That’s the only thing that is wrong.

Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has publicly declared what he called “carefully calculated and politically strategic” intention to run for a seat in the Federal House of Representatives, representing Orsu, Orlu, and Oru East Federal Constituency in Imo State for the 2027 general elections. The next set of political class will be interesting.

This is the problem with Nigerian politics, you invest N50Million on buying a governorship nomination form, this is not money for campaign oooh, by the time they get in there, they will loot the state treasury dry to recoup their money first. Anyway there's no vacancy in Abia State Government House, it's Alex Otti consolidating on his good works.
Imran Muhammad@Imranmuhdz

Mascot Uzor Kalu, brother of former Governor of Abia, Orji Uzor Kalu, has purchased the N50 million APC Governorship Nomination forms to contest in the 2027 Abia Governorship election.
