The Mayor of Moscow confirms a drone has hit the building the city centre tonight. Some debris has Ukrainian writing on it. This is a huge embarrassment - not just the hit, but that no sirens or air defence was working.

Some media in Moscow say it must have been a drone, as something hit the outside of this skyscraper. If it is indeed a drone, I am guessing it's an FPV from within Moscow, which will freak out the Kremlin even more, less than a week before the big parade!
