If you like a little spice in your sport, follow the events at Parkhead, Glasgow, tomorrow, where Celtic take on Hearts for the Scottish Premiership trophy. If you want to know the full story, it’s in the Wall Street Journal of all places. wsj.com/sports/soccer/…

Those who questioned the integrity of Sam Nicholson owe the boy an apology. The @MotherwellFC player swore on his kids life that the ball didn’t strike his hand. This new video clip is the clearest evidence of that. I’m looking at you @shebahn @chris_sutton73

Heart of Midlothian is on the verge of breaking four decades of dominance by Celtic and Rangers with one of the most improbable campaigns Scottish soccer has ever seen. on.wsj.com/4dlgnlq

I don’t want Hearts to win the league i think that’s pretty clear but even i have sympathy for them tonight. Genuinely that last minute pen for Celtic is poor and if i’m a Hearts fan, player or coach (or Motherwell for that matter) I’m fuming at that. You have to be 💯 sure with that big a call.

What a shock! @CelticFC get a controversial penalty in the 10th minute of extra time! This is unheard of! I would never have expected it!

Seriously that is never a handball at Fir Park. The boy headed it 20 yards. The ref takes one look after VAR calls him over. Embarrassing for Scottish football.

I'm thrilled to say I'll be taking on a new position as Bloomberg's Ottawa bureau chief, though also daunted at having to succeed the indefatigable @ldhillonkane. This bureau is such a strong team and I can't wait to keep elevating our work higher.

No good projects went ahead faster with C-69. Only two were approved in six years. Capital fled. There were protests across western Canada. The Supreme Court ruled it unconstitutional. The seeds for the Alberta separatist movement were planted. I will be accepting no revisionism.
Catherine McKenna@cathmckenna

Harper tried to jam through projects by gutting environmental assessment process but failed-no pipelines but a lot of protests & court cases. I worked w/ NRCan Minister Jim Carr to rebuild trust in process & ensure good projects went ahead faster. Delays mostly on proponents.

This is terrific - one Conservative-supporting idiot accuses me of being a Liberal shill; his equally dim Liberal counterpart says I am a dyed-in-the-wool Conservative. A perfect Goldilocks moment in #cdnpol

@626_Productions @IvisonJ Pick one article and show me where he doesn’t loose it on the CPC in a story about Liberal failure or corruption. Libs are lonely living on the top of the mountain with the burden of always being correct and above everything and everyone!

I'm sorry, but this is simply lovely, and I've no time for those who'll inevitably sneer at it as "Paddingtonism", or whatever. Like it or not, this is the version of Britain most British people identify with. Good on his M the K for participating, too.
