Then I came across use of hi dose vitamin C (10,000mcg daily thru lyposomal powder, no binders or fillers contained in pill form) and have NEVER gotten the flu, or bronchitis, cold, respiratory infections, etc. NADA

@JeffClarkUS @stkirsch I was forced to get a flu shot for 30 yrs in the Air Force and got the flu every year. I haven’t taken a flu shot since 2008 and have never gotten the flu since. I’m sure it’s a coincidence. 🙄🙄🙄

I didn’t need a study for this @stkirsch. But it’s helpful. I observed this personally. In my 40s, my law firm made a big deal out of getting flu shots. So I took them for a while. They caused me to get the flu — badly — about twice a year on average. So I stopped. And now I get the flu at most once every 2-3 years. Every time a doctor pesters me to get the flu shot, I tell this story. They have generally stopped pestering me. A lot of what doctors recommend is just rammed down on them and they succumb.
