What if we crypto natives are missing the forest through the trees? While everyone is busy zoomed in on hourly candles, they are missing the bigger picture. All markets are melting up right now. But the more I digest the broader market moves, I can't help but see a new narrative- the fiat system is seriously on the verge of collapse and people are preparing. This means two things: 1. They are buying Bitcoin as an actual hedge and not a speculative bet. 2. Bitcoin cannot have an 18 month bear market while everything else melts up. It would completely destroy the entire thesis behind it. I am beginning to see the end game unfolding and believe that the crypto natives are going to be in for a shock when Bitcoin completely abandons the speculative four-year cycle. Bitcoin's destiny was not to be a casino token but rather the life raft for a failing system. And now that the moment has finally arrived, people are ready to "sell the top" and wait for a 50% crash that will never happen.

Bitcoin is falling faster than any previous bear cycle and nobody is talking about it. Here's the data. Every cycle, there's a moment on the monthly stochastic where the fast MA crosses below the slow MA while dropping out of the 80th percentile: the Bull Control Zone. This cross has confirmed the end of every single Bitcoin bull market. No exceptions. It happened again in October and was a big reason I was stabled up before then. Now if we track the time from that cross to reaching the 44th percentile (where we sit right now) then we get the following: 2014: 579 days 2018: 243 days 2022: 395 days 2026: 151 days This cycle's momentum is collapsing faster than anything we've seen in 12 years of Bitcoin data. That's why February was so violent - months of selling compressed into weeks. But faster decline doesn't mean faster recovery. Every cycle, the bottom is followed by a re-accumulation range with months of sideways price action chop that breaks most people's patience and discipline. Here is what people won't tell you about Dubai. What took 35 years to build was erased in two weeks: 1. Airspace shut down. No airline will fly there anymore, apart from the national carriers like Emirates and Etihad. The latter do it at tremendous risks. 2. UAE capital controls are in place. Trying to move over 100k out of the country? Good luck. You're locked in, like it or not. 3. Real estate crash. Down >35% already and erased all gains from 2024 to 2026. Even if you sell, you can't take your cash out. 4. The reason everyone else cancelled flights is due to insurance premiums. They 3x to 10x. Same goes for cargo or oil. Unlikely these fall any time soon. 5. With people leaving in masses, what happens to all the businesses left behind? Resorts, hotel, bars, malls, restaurants? Empty. Their staff? Out of a job. 6. You catch a rocket or explosion in Dubai on camera? Bad luck, you're about to go to prison for two years. Freedom? What freedom? 7. Back in the 90s, you could see the desert from any place in Dubai. Today you barely see any people. The uncomfortable fact is that 90% of UAE is made of expats, only 10% are actual citizens. 8. Once capital leaves it's unlikely it will return any time soon. The reality is that Dubai was always at risk, but nobody priced it in. They fell for the FOMO narrative, just like in crypto.
