@haresh6 Singining UDAY is the worst decision made by ADMK. By tying states to union govt targets, tariff expectations, and policy conditions, it limits flexibility in pricing and power decisions. It's a clear dent in state autonomy. Even then there was no profit gained by ADMK until 2021

@ImDahHope DMK literally plunged us in darkness with power cuts ranging from a minimum of 6 hours and above. Jayalalitha came back to power and had to clean up all the mess caused. She signed UDAY at a cost to ensure we got uninterrupted power supply.

ADMK hiked EB tariff by 37% in 2012, 16% in 2014. Left TANGEDCO in ₹1.13L Cr debt. They signed UDAY mandating annual hikes. Your alliance caused it, now you blame the cleanup crew. What a clown.

1.62L Cr loss till 2023, In that 157% jump happened under Gomma period. DMK cut annual losses from 12,995 Cr to 2,158 Cr profit. First profit since 20 YEARS. ADMK promised profit in 3 yrs under UDAY never delivered. But no way a clown like you would understand it 🤡

DMK left with 40000Cr debt in 2011. Jaya & edappadi came back & left with 1.13lakh Cr loss in 2021
Debt?40,000 Cr in 2011 by dmk 1.59 lakh Cr in 2021 under ADMK & thats 4X the debt.
DMK reduced loss to 3429Cr in 2023-24. That's called CLEANUP.
Eps nearly buried TANGEDCO alive.

Tangedco debt was cuased by Karunanidhi not by admk , beginning of 2011, debt was almost 50K croes & inefficient power management by DMK caused lot of profound effects Even after that we left around 1.20 lakhs debt only Now in 5 years it spiked to 1.85 lakhs.. Cry harder kothu
