@bitfloorsghost @proof_xyz But this is super common in the VC space where someone wants access to a funding round but does not have the accreditation or funds to fill the minimum investment obligation to the company raising money.

@bitfloorsghost @proof_xyz So each person does not need to be an accredited investor that assumes risk at their discretion. Similar to retail a crowd-funding model that allows retail investors access to equity shares of the company.
