Watch the video for a full explanation but here's a quick summary:
You get a jungle treat at every 30 second interval in the game timer (ex. 3:30, 4:30, 5:30), however if you're possessing a body as Viego during that 30 second interval, you won't get a jungle treat, which will mean your smite will upgrade slowly
It can be INCREDIBLY bad for the game because it can result in you having a worse smite for an important objective (i.e. first drake, lvl 6 crab), which can snowball really hard as that's one of the most important timers for junglers
