I feel like we have to remember in year 1 we got: 1). Free Fight (duplicate heroes) 2). Clone Rumble (duplicate heroes but you get 2 random heroes) 3). Giant-Size Brain Blast (Big heads) 4). Giant-Size Hive Mind (Big heads but random heroes) 5). Jeff's Winter Splash Festival (we got this twice) 6). Clash of Dancing Lions (Soccer) 7). Ultron's battle Matrix Protocol (Auto Chess) 8). Marvel Zombies (PvE) We are about to get the new Avengers themed PvP mode, and have been told PvE will return. Outside of this we have seen Time's Square get added and expanded upon, we got Resource Rumble, we got 18vs18. They keep adding to the game and expanding beyond the usual 6v6 core game mode and I would expect a lot more like this kind of stuff but... more. They've learned what works and doesn't, and now probably have a bigger vision for the game after experimenting a lot With that said....what new temporary game modes do you think would be fun? What do you hope to see as custom rules added to custom games? Anything else to expand upon the game?

Marvel Rivals Plans for 2026-2027 📢 In a new interview, creative director Guangyun Chen explained that the team is gonna "break boundaries" in 2026 and that the game will evolve massively over the next 2 years. “Our goal is to shift from being ‘just a shooter’ to a comprehensive Marvel ‘moving anime’ experience.” The game will expand into new PvE Game modes and Path of Doomsday, in addition to the standard 6v6 PvP. Path of Doomsday will feature 5 MCU-Related updates inspired by the Infinity Saga, that will bring new themed content and never-before-seen Gamemodes to promote the Movie. Creative director Guangyun Chen also mentions that Marvel envisions the game having hundreds of characters and that the development team plans map out content through 2027, with no plans to slow down. #MarvelRivals
