1,000 people have been charged for J6, with possibly 1,000’s more to be charged. Most of these people were nonviolent. But Nancy Pelosi refused to bring in the National Guard ignoring Intel briefs & requests for the NG by Capitol Police and Pres Trump. Pelosi is complicit.

@usaf__vet @muscleforlife Naw man - that last one is motivation! Meal prep helps a lot. I havent done that in awhile, since my end of summer minicut, and I really need to. Mostly been eating to hunger with preference for protein. Wonder why my weight has stalled... 🙄🙄🙄 That, and food is expensive

@muscleforlife Just “working out” instead of training. Training is lifting with a plan, intensity and goals along with appropriate nutrition and rest.

Im glad that intentional & obvious misinformation is labelled and incitement to violence is at least considered. Fact needs breathing room given bannons "flood the zone"

I've never seen an orgy of hypocrisy quite as brazen as how the exact same media corporations and journalists who spent years demanding more Big Tech censorship turned *overnight* into free speech champions: because now it's their friends being silenced rather than their enemies.

@tedcarnahan @ggreenwald That's the claim itself I'm arguing against. The left isn't making themselves the champions of free speech - that is a talking point of the right. The left is pointing out the hypocrisy. Like, that the 1a applies to Twitter at all. Right has argued 1a applied for a long time.
