I swear setting ‘max’ speed on HW3 FSD v12.6.4 is completely useless. I always have to hit the accelerator to actually reach the speed I want… then the second I let off, it slows right back down again 😩 Tesla, give us v14 Lite already. v12.6.4 doesn’t make any sense and we’ve been stuck on it for 16 months! It’s not a good/safe FSD build and needs to go! Really hoping that I notice all the same improvements to better driving behavior and real-world reacting that I see some EA people reporting. Also, is it just me or does it feel like over the past 16 months v12.6.4 has gotten worse and regressed? It does things that it used to not do just months ago. Recently for some reason it’s been trying to go when the light is still red and it hasn’t done that before. Have you noticed that as well?

@ImVenturous Yeah I'm trying Standard now - it seems faster than Hurry. Hoping v14 lite helps with this. Damnit Tesla! RELEASE IT.

Already driven 1,000 miles with FSD v14 lite. What a massive upgrade over v12.6.4.

Don’t do this to me… last time I took a road trip on a whim, my family and I ended up in Brickell, Miami. Ended up having hotel staff knock on my door at 9pm cause my baby cried for 2 minutes while I made her bottle and the person next door complained 😅 Other than that though it was a good trip and I got an Iconic Supercharger Badge! ⚡️

@mildandlazyguy Feels like a pointless mode. Like if I set it to hurry and then max speed to 65.. I’d expect it to go 65! I don’t know what’s so crazy about that. Why our cars won’t do it.

v12.6.2 almost got me T-Boned just now… can’t wait for v14 Lite. It started pulling out from a U-turn with a car oncoming in the lane I was attempting to U-turn into. FSD recognized that the vehicle was coming and, instead of hurrying up and going to get out of the way. It decided to stop while having a significant amount of the front of the car into the oncoming car’s lane. Tesla needs to hurry up and get this released wide!

FSD v14 lite did a great job yesterday through the Las Vegas Strip. The trip continues on today.

@JarretW @SawyerMerritt That’s fair. I haven’t been to Dallas or Houston so I wouldn’t know how bad the traffic is there. I’ve been to Miami recently though and it was horrible. Glad we finally got it in Florida though and hope it quickly expands to the rest of the state.
