Remembering a senior who threatened to commit suicide because his gf broke up with him. His entire family flew in to persuade him from doing the obvious. He promised not to commit suicide if they bought him a motorbike, which they did and he was back to his old joyous self.

The girls started drowning because of the big waves. Medet and his comrade rushed in to pull them out. The children survived, as did Medet’s comrade, but he couldn’t save himself.

Another purpose of this visit of mine to Nagaland was also to pay respects to a dear friend, Lily (name changed), who, after a prolonged fight, succumbed to brain tumour recently.
Stopped at the Kisama Church, which she used to laud about a lot, to offer a silent prayer.
A fierce girl, Lily, even at the height of her discomfort, was reluctant to make the journey home in fear that the airfares will sap the money she had set aside for her siblings' education.
Keeping her expenses to the minimum, she sent a big chunk of the humble sum she made working in the hotels sector to her family every month.
But I know, she longed for home. For her Nagaland. To be once again in the warm embrace of her dear and near ones. Sadly, when she finally made the journey home, it was forever to say goodbye.
Like her, so many youngsters from Nagaland have had to leave the emerald hills for bigger cities, sacrificing their youth so that their families could prosper.
Yet, they do so without complaint nor fear, even when the enviornment is alien, even hostile.
My prayer also goes out to all of them. Be brave, brothers and sisters; Forever and beyond!

I love the overconfidence of these tribal kangers These people have control over just 7% of their state's entire area, rest have been overrun by tribals or peacefuls. You don't even have enough land to house your own people lmao. They're just one delimitation away from losing the ability to elect a CM as well. Also, you needn't worry about Khasis. They will start shrinking soon from high rates of emigration to East Asia + collapsing TFR due to reduction in teen pregnancies

Why does Bangladeshi immigrant alway act an experts on issues related to India or Manipur?
Only the 7% of the state is left for the Meiteis because of the divisive Indian govt. policies separating the hill and valley regions in a state that is approximately 90% hilly.
Why are you kanglus hovering like v^lture and taking advantage of the current situation in Manipur to suggest allowing more kanglus to settle in our land?
Bengalis already have West Bengal, Bangladesh and have also occupied Tripura which has significantly affected the demographic balance and the presence of indigenous communities there. You also already occupying Assam.
