Has anyone else had major issues since Study Tech took over disabled student allowance? I am now 4 months in, no equipment, call handlers are rude and no one will answer emails. The whole thing has been nothing but stress! #DisInHigherEd #DisabledStudents #ChronicStudying

@JeremyH09406697 Definitely not an issue. I’m blind and use my motability car in this way, it is to enable the disabled person. As long as the trip isn’t solely for the benefit of the family/friend it’s fine.

Asking on behalf of someone else.. Re mobility vehicles. Is it normal for family members to be excluded from being passengers? The vehicle is registered to the person, not a company and there is no issue carrying staff. Doesn't seem right to me..??
