✨ HERE'S TO A FANTASTIC 2026! ✨ It's the perfect time for each of us to pause and reflect on just two questions: 1. What from 2025 gives us confidence for the year ahead? 2. What do we most want to accomplish in 2026? For Impactis Global, 2025 was a clarifying year and we're excited to take on what lies ahead! ⏳ 2025 IN THE REAR VIEW Having learned how to identify and support great students, 2025 was largely about testing multiple models to generate the funds, guidance, and networks students need to truly thrive. In the process, we also tested our own convictions, resilience, and creativity. What worked stayed. What didn’t taught us quickly. Each iteration brought sharper focus and stronger belief in the direction we are heading. 🛣️ LOOKING AHEAD AT 2026 In 2026, we're excited to build on this foundation, deepen partnerships with forward looking companies committed to finding, nurturing, and supporting great talent more equitably, and support many more students in better, more informed ways based on what we've learned. 🌟 HOT TOPIC! What skills will shape the future of work? 🌟 A big thanks to Team @salesforce to anchor another focus session for @ImpactisGlobal scholars with hands-on application of AI as we generated more ideas to better answer this question! 💡 The mega takeaway: Big rewards ahead for those with curiosity, adaptability and initiative. And AI is just going to make them a whole lot more productive! The interactive session covered many skills and capabilities critical for tomorrow’s workplace. Salesforce introduced the scholars to the V2ME framework to align their growth with the evolving environments. Scholars had great questions and thoughts. For e.g., Lakshit's question on how companies like Salesforce look at hiring fresh talent in this new world, opened a great exchange on different perspectives that recruiters at Salesforce are piecing together in their hiring decisions. It's fascinating to see how different companies, professionals and scholars are looking at the same problem! 🚀 How are India’s future engineers preparing for the AI Wave? 🌊🤖 To find out, we partnered with @salesforce to invite a few Impactis scholars to talk about how they’re viewing the upcoming AI reset and how have they incorporated AI in their life? Each scholar seized the opportunity to improve their presentation skills and demonstrate their clarity of thought on the subject by presenting to a panel composed of Salesforce experts in the field of AI, along with Impactis. Kudos to an excellent presentation to our first batch of presenters - Arya (IIT Patna), Thomas Kuli (IIT Madras) and Bhargab Nath (NIT Silchar). Each of them received a book to trigger more ideas on the possibilities around AI. Many thanks to our guest panellists Arumugam P. (Salesforce) and Rangnath P (Salesforce) and volunteer Manish Jain (Salesforce) for their valuable feedback. We're also grateful to Pratibha Sharma and Sanghamitra Acharya from Salesforce for working with us and making it possible. The session concluded with an important message relevant for everyone. AI is a reset on what will be possible. It is a tool that can give a disproportionate advantage to those who are curious and show initiative. All students were encouraged to think about an incident or event that genuinely surprised them about AI’s potential, and if they hadn’t witnessed that yet, they can take away the lesson that they have not been using AI enough and increase ways to incorporate its use in their daily life.
