Less than 8 months later -- we are rolling out to stores nationwide. We have hundreds of units en route to showrooms -- you'll actually be able to try the products yourself in many of them (we'll be the only stove that works in many cases!)

Eggs are now reliably nonstick on stainless steel with @ImpulseLabs The reason this works is that we can hold the pan at the Leidenfrost effect temperature — the egg floats on steam. You’ll be able to do this at home in like 1-2 weeks, max (the build is going through QA).
