They have an elite skillset when it comes to QB talent evaluation.
The other NFC North teams should try to mirror the mindset of the Packers, but unfortunately they don’t have a high IQ when it comes to talent evaluation.

It’s all stats based. And yes, I like analytics, but I still try to marry it with what we see on tape. If you watch Golden play, he’s really good.
