Why is Jared Triolo always up to bat in the most critical situations in the game? It’s clock work and he always strikes out

Amateur hour move by Kelly. Bubba was pitching very well. Only threw 84 pitches. Your bullpen is unspeakably pathetic. Give the man a chance to finish his work and escape the jam.

@ewarren Oh yeah — you’re a real woman of the people, Liz. Making a video in the back of your taxpayer-funded chauffeured limousine. Real nice.

For the first time ever one of my cards got rejected for grading at PSA. I’ve submitted over 500 cards and have never had this happen, any ideas?

I’ve been very interested in meteorology since I’ve become a pilot, so I looked into taking some college courses on the subject, and even considered the possibility of getting an associate degree in the subject, because, why not, right? That’s when I discovered that the meteorology portion of the degree is basically 3 classes totaling 15 credits and the remaining 45 credits required for the degree were absolute trash liberal indoctrination bullshit courses and electives. I have zero doubt as to why these kids are so fucked up and broke now. 3/4 of the requirements have zero to do with the subject matter, and they are required to get the degree. Absolutely insane, college is a sham.

Rents exploded nearly 30% during the pandemic. Now the correction has begun. National rents are already down 3–6% from peak. The problem? Most people still think rents only go up.

87% of MBA grad students think they will be making $700,000 per year by age 35. Among those same students, they list ‘work life balance’ as their top priority. There might be a disconnect in expectations.

The latest jobs report says everything is fine. Then you meet someone who has been unemployed for 7 months. Applied to 100+ jobs. Multiple interviews. Still nothing. At some point people stop trusting the headlines.

My favorite #Tampa Bay lightning picture just showed up in my memories. An absolute classic from Justin Battles. Unfortunately, not much rain/thunderstorms in the big urban areas along the coast for the next several days. West wind will focus the activity inland.

@rfloreslv In that case, it sure sounds like millions of people are the ones who actually deserve that money, no? I just cannot fathom the cuckery it takes to simp for a trillionaire. Noting there are employees at his companies who need food stamps to survive, just like Amazon.

I really don’t understand true greed. If I was worth $1 trillion, you’d have to physically stop me from solving as many of the world’s problems as possible. Everyone would have a home, food on the table, proper healthcare, happiness. I just don’t get it.

Life insurance is a scam You pay monthly for a certain benefit amount You pay up front Your family MIGHT get a payout later By the time your family gets paid out, the purchasing power of the payout has fallen 80-90% due to inflation Eg. You pay for $1M of coverage Your family gets paid out in 30 years $1M will be worth $100K or less in today's purchasing power

@repTILLYan @RaysForeverHome If the stadium project is such a great money maker, why wouldn’t the billionaires want to pay for the whole thing?

It would cost every citizen of Tampa roughly $400 total to find the Tampa part of the stadium. it's a 30 year lease. So less than $15/ year per person. People are out there acting like people are losing their livlihoods over this. #RaysUp @RaysForeverHome
