@ICYMI_pod I didn’t listen to the social media that was anti-Amber Heard. I just watched the trial. You didn’t. You would’ve seen quite clearly that Heard was not believable. As the jury found. And that Depp very much was. You’re barely veiled misandry is quite irritating and misleading.

But when the person Kelly herself had stated was a witness & participant in the event had no recollection of it occurring at all and never felt any aggression to chris it did change my priors.

Kelly said Chris' behavior only stopped when Scott, who witnessed what was happening, "gave him the dirtiest look I’ve ever seen.". Scott has no recollection of this and was never angry at Avellone. Makes Kellys story very unlikely

I think the only decorations she made immune to challenge were where she lived, the fact that she has a son & her name.

Or are you only mirroring the energy of some of the bad agents arguing the opposite? Or a bit of both? For what it's worth, I think you'd make a good lawyer.

No appeal from avellone, just resubmission in her home state: "I intend to follow the court’s lead and continue action against her in Oklahoma."

Someone said ( @KathrynTewson said?) that the statute of limitations had passed. If she did say it, I would consider it to be true. Seems like her involvement in this has ended. No reason to speculate

It'll just cost her more money and make a bad situation worse.
