I certain level of discipline is warranted, especially when kids act out who are not toddlers anymore. Punching a kid isn’t acceptable. However, the surveillance video doesn’t necessarily prove it was a closed fist. The 10-year-old didn’t seem to be harmed during the interrogation outside.
