This note is a MASSIVE shoutout to one of the best people in the space, @avi_burra Avi is, in my eyes, a true legend. A man who has put his money where his mouth is. A man who walks the walk. He has just released the 3rd episode of his show titled “Finding Home” in which he travels the world to find the most inspiring people among us and highlight their journeys, their perspectives, and their stories. We’re in the earliest innings (actually, its possible we’re still in the parking lot pre-gaming) of what is going to be a foundational shift in the economics of storytelling. Unfortunately, the business of storytelling is not exempt from the ravages of fiat. The current model is irreparably broken. It is highly centralized. It is highly corrupt. Our goal at IndeeHub is to restructure the incentive system in the digital age of media distribution.
