Sold some AIRE at profit reducing potential concentration risk if AEW merger goes ahead, not redeploying cash nothing is settled yet and in any case economic aftershocks are still to play out.

Just had my mate (a chartered accountant) ring up to ask if I thought today way a good day to put more money into the market I said from a short term perspective NO, too late the move has happened, go into masterly inactivity mode and buy if and or when it all goes bang again

New position in JEGP(SIPP) - equities and call options-adding global cover. Also started a monthly purchase of VWRP (ISA) for long term growth as my ISA is defensive. It’s a lovely day.

Last week’s economist essentially urging caution at the moment the tack I am following. Long walk today followed by posterior time but may go for a sauna and a pint.

Tax Year SIPP Performance Div Yield 8.01%,Drawdown 6.6% and Capital Change 3.84%. I am pleased as I became more defensive and its been an interesting year.

Top sliced BP taking decent profit and RECI divs(ISA/SIPP) also received. No rush to reinvest I will take stock over the weekend and also eat chocolate.

Sentiment is moving the market but the aftershocks of the war are still to fully reveal themselves. Caution should prevail in my humble opinion.

Tapas, Estrella and CVCG top up, hopefully the income is resilient and the price falling only through sentiment.

RLondon Short Term Money income

Moved some cash(SIPP ) into RLondon as a long term holding position in view of potential rate rises and inflation which may create opportunities down the line. Walking to the Sagrada F today to review progress.

Added more RLondon to my ISA, I am not ready to otherwise commit cash in quantity . Sunshine , music, tacos and Estrella.

Will HS2 take as long to finish? The locals are in hats , scarfs and coats and I am in shirt sleeves.Lovely day.

Topped up PHP a long term hold with decent risk, planning to add RLondon back in my SIPP as a holding position. Even if the war finishes tomorrow it will leave an economic scar. Off to enjoy Spanish sunshine, with a jumper on.
