@IndexRiddler @ZenFItrading that will be that then - who is going to touch FI with investment? and licence seems to be the big question. In hindsight, Sports Stack should have been the big alarm bell for all of us.

I’ve posted it before and I’m posting it again because of the blind faith still being shown towards FI. This for me will be the biggest slap in the face for traders, and I can see it coming. No transparency/accountability for what’s happened. I hope I’m wrong #footballindex

@ZenFItrading @DealerFi Yeah I understand there are hurdles and even if a CVA is unlikely to be accepted, as a trader, i still want to understand what it could mean for us. My original point is that from what I’ve read I don’t really like the sound of it and would prefer other routes.

@IndexRiddler @DealerFi If they are external parties and FI can't demonstrate they can get their licence back AND be profitable going fwd, they will reject. If the creditors are other FI group companies then they can do what they want. Begbies 1st job is to calculate the makeup of debt and creditors 2/2

@ZenFItrading @DealerFi It’s not basis of fact, just the impression I got from reading the court documents. Like i said, I hope the CVA gets rejected!

@IndexRiddler @DealerFi I'm not sure what your basis of fact is for "they don’t sound too opposed to it". I would assume their 1st question will be the same as mine, "In asking for a CVA, how do you intend to repay your debts over a period of time when you cannot currently operate?".

@Mobes71196487 I’m reading this as we are separate to creditors but I hope you are correct.

@IndexRiddler They need 75% of all creditors (including customers AKA us, to my knowledge) to agree to the CVA. We need to know the terms of the CVA but I'd be surprised if that works in our favour so we kind of have power to stop the CVA going ahead. Could be wrong here but...

@ZenFItrading @DealerFi I was thinking this and I’m no expert, but if the the high court accept the CVA route (they don’t sound too opposed to it), could they request the licence being reinstated so that debts can be paid?

@IndexRiddler @DealerFi I can't see how a CVA can be achieved without first dealing with the licence suspension. A CVA allows you to trade your way out of debt. Can't do that if you're banned from operating. So 1st question is, what would make the GC give FI their licence back?

The CVA gives me a bad fucking feeling #footballindex

@DealerFi At the very least I think we deserve to know the truth of what has happened. To me, the CVA route looks like they will be able to keep us in the dark. I also don’t see how they will continue to operate considering they only had 3k active traders prior to all this!

@IndexRiddler I feel like this is where its heading now .. im on board with Leigh Day but the comms last night made me think we are heading this route. Not the fault of LD or Action group but just confirms to me we have been taken for a ride. Im not sure how FI can operate again though.
