Kgethi Phakeng, PhD(Wits); Hon DSc (UBristol)
Let me be clear: from what I have heard, this woman is FAR above me. She has been described by some newspapers as the BEST academics in SA. I am NOT a professor, I am Dr Mamokgethi Phakeng. I hold no professorship with any university. I only have one PhD from Wits, the other two doctorates I have are only honorary. Of course I believe in publishing my academic work andI retired as a B1 rated scientist and that does not come close to what she has achieved. She also has more guts than I do because when I felt wronged I could not even stand up for myself in this manner. To liken me to her is to undermine her completely.

I grew up as a Jew, but after studying the scriptures, I was convinced that Jesus is the true Messiah, son of the living God and the only way to spend eternity with Him. He died, rose again, and his coming again soon!

Received this sms and I’m convinced that it’s an inside job. If it’s not the banks screwing us it’s insurance companies.

My wife Yara and I were talking about everything we have gone through during the war in Gaza—how we survived death more than once, and how we were displaced from place to place, from one tent to another. Yara said to me sadly, “The world sees us as if we do not deserve life… no one sees us.” I tried to convince her that there are many people around the world who care about us, who stand with us and pray for us 🙏 So I wrote this tweet… so my wife can see how many people are still with us, and how many hearts still care about us. If you see this and care about us, please leave a 🍉 or 🇵🇸 or even just a dot (.) Maybe a small comment from you can bring hope and strength back to my wife’s heart.

This is scary! I’m definitely closing my @StandardBankZA account.
🌸@oddettem

We have been going back and forth with @StandardBankZA about mama’s matter. My mother’s pension was paid into her account, and by the second day the entire amount was transferred out to multiple accounts. Her bank statement clearly shows that these transfers were done at a branch in Acornhoek. The problem is that my mother was in Nelspruit on that day. She did not travel to Acornhoek to make any transfers. Despite this, the bank claims she performed the transactions but refuses to provide the account numbers where the money was sent. When funds leave an account, there must be a clear record of the destination accounts. Refusing to disclose that information raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. This is a pensioner’s money, and the handling of this situation is unacceptable. YOU ARE FRAUDS!!!

The Sorghum Agenda®️: How a grain tells time March, as you call it, is known to Basotho as Hlakubele- the 8th month. It comes from the contraction of “tlhaku tsa mabele” (grains of sorghum), marked by the visible grains of the sorghum plant that signal the time to harvest.

Wow! Can’t believe I’m 7 books away from finishing the whole Bible. 🥹 It’s so surreal. I’ve never done this successfully before and in 2weeks, that would have happened. 😮‍💨🥰 Love it for me! 🤩
