@IndiaAlertPMO This loophole sounds massive—88% gold mis declared as platinum to dodge duties? Hope CBIC & customs act fast before more revenue bleeds out..
Gold is being illegally imported into India under the guise of platinum using HSN code 71141920. This is a blatant misuse of customs norms and tariff classification. Its gold and not platinum. Authorities must urgently investigate and act. @mumbaicus1@Delhicustoms@nsitharamanoffc@dgftindia
