बीड़ी एवं सिगार उद्योग के श्रमिकों के अधिकार अब और सशक्त हुए हैं। नई श्रम व्यवस्था के तहत सभी श्रमिकों को न्यूनतम वेतन की गारंटी, 8–12 घंटे प्रतिदिन तथा 48 घंटे साप्ताहिक कार्य-समय की स्पष्ट सीमा, ओवरटाइम पर दोगुना वेतन और समय पर वेतन भुगतान सुनिश्चित किया गया है। अब कर्मचारी केवल 30 दिन कार्य करने के बाद बोनस के लिए पात्र होंगे। ये प्रावधान श्रमिकों के हितों को सुरक्षित करते हुए उनके कार्य–जीवन संतुलन को मजबूत बनाते हैं। #श्रमेव_जयते #ShramevJayate
