To protest this atrocious execution, I am officially letting my Infinia card rot in the drawer. Moving all my other spends to Axis Magnus or Burgundy because at least they respect the hustle. Literally opening that Burgundy Salary Account today. Rest in peace, Infinia. Magnus is officially carrying now. @HDFC_Bank if you want to downgrade my card due to not spending 18L do it right away, I don't care anymore. Moving the salary account too...





Hey @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares, I was at home yesterday, and I am at home today, but your delivery person is falsely reporting “consignee not available” without attempting to call me or come to the house. What can we do about this?



Blue Dart’s delivery person marked me unavailable twice. He never called, and he never came to the house. I have CCTV footage to prove it. When I complained, @BlueDart_’s response was to ask for a “respectful conversation”. Apparently, the delivery person can lie. The customer must watch his tone.
