जब भगवान विष्णु कृष्ण के रूप मे जन्म लिया तो सभी देवी देवता उनके दर्शन के लिए नंदगांव पहुंचे।शनिदेव भी अपने आराध्य के लिए आए, लेकिन माता यशोदा ने उन्हें कृष्ण को देखने से मना कर दिया।
माता यशोदा को भय था कि कहीं शनिदेव जी की "क्रूर, दृष्टि से उनके लल्ला कृष्ण अनिष्ट हो जायेंगे।शनिदेव अत्यंत दुखी हुए, और पास के घने जंगल में जाकर तपस्या करने लगे।उन्होंने भगवान श्री कृष्ण को पुकारते हुए कहा,"हे प्रभु,! मै तो केवल अपना कर्तव्य करता हूं,मुझे आपके दर्शनों से से क्यों वंचित किया जा रहा है।"
शनिदेव की कठिन तपस्या से प्रसन्न होकर भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने कोयल के रूप में दर्शन दिए, कृष्ण ने शनिदेव को आशीर्वाद दिया कि आज से इस वन का नाम कोकिलायन होगा।जो भक्त यहां आकर आपकी पूजा करेगा, उसे मेरी भी कृपा प्राप्त होगी।"
कृष्ण ने शनिदेव को न्याय का देवता और अपना परम भक्त घोषित किया।भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने बताया कि जो व्यक्ति शनिवार के दिन पीपल के वृक्ष को जल चढ़ाता है दीपक जलाता है, और गरीबों की सेवा करता है,शनिदेव उसे कभी दंडित नहीं करते बल्कि उसके रक्षक बन जाते हैं।शनिदेव का व्रत रखने से व्यक्ति के मानसिक संताप दूर होते हैं, और भगवान श्री कृष्ण की कृपा भी सदैव प्राप्त हो जाती है।

🌹कल्पवास के 21 नियम क्या हैं, क्या कुंभ के बिना भी कर सकते हैं कल्पवास?🌹 ⭕कल्पवास एक कठोर साधना है, जिसके शास्त्रों में अद्भुत लाभ बताए गए हैं. सामान्य अर्थ में कह सकते हैं कि 'कल्पवास' व्यक्ति के लिए आध्यात्मिक विकास, मोक्ष और पुण्य प्राप्ति का जरिया है. महाकुंभ धर्म और आस्था का अनूठा संगम है. महाकुंभ के दौरान त्रिवेणी संगम पर साधु-संत, संन्यासी, भक्त और श्रद्धालु आस्था की डुबकी लगाते हैं. साथ ही इस समय कई लोग कल्पवास भी करते हैं. मान्यता है की कुंभ में किए कल्पवास का महत्व कई गुना बढ़ जाता है. लेकिन क्या कुंभ के अलावा भी कल्पवास किया जा सकता है? आइये जानते हैं. 🪔क्या होता है कल्पवास? कल्पवास मनुष्य के लिए आध्यात्मिक विकास का जरिया है. पुण्य फल प्राप्त करने की साधना को ही कल्पवास कहते हैं. महाभारत के अनुसार कल्पवास 100 साल तक बिना अन्य ग्रहण किए तपस्या करने जैसा पुण्य फल देता है. निष्ठापूर्वक कल्पवास करने से इच्छित फल की प्राप्ति होती है और व्यक्ति को जन्म जन्मांतर के बंधनों से मुक्ति मिलती है. कल्पवास के दौरान नियमित रूप से सूर्य उपासना, भगवान विष्णु, शिव और देवी के मंत्रों का जाप करना होता है. कल्पवास के दौरान भागवत गीता, रामायण जैसे धार्मिक ग्रंथों का पाठ करना, भजन कीर्तन करना, साधना और सत्संग करना होता है. साथ ही कल्पवास के दौरान क्रोध, लालच, अहंकार, हिंसा आदि से दूर रहना चाहिए. 🪔कौन कर सकता है कल्पवास कल्पवास करने के लिए उम्र की कोई बाध्यता नहीं होती है. किसी भी उम्र का व्यक्ति कल्पवास के नियमों का पालन कर सकता है. लेकिन विशेष रूप से जो व्यक्ति सांसारिक मोह माया से मुक्त होकर अपनी जिम्मेदारियां को पूरा कर चुके हैं उनके लिए कल्पवास उपयुक्त माना जाता है. इसका कारण यह है कि जिम्मेदारियों में बंधा व्यक्ति अपने आत्म पर नियंत्रण नहीं रख पाता, जबकि कल्पवास शरीर और अंतःकरण दोनों के कायाकल्प का माध्यम है. 🪔कुंभ के अलावा कर सकते हैं कल्पवास? कल्पवास आध्यात्मिक शुद्धि और मोक्ष के लिए किया जाता है. इसलिए इसे कुंभ के अलावा भी किया जा सकता है. लेकिन कुंभ के दौरान किए कल्पवास का महत्व कई गुणा बढ़ जाता है. महाभारत के अनुसार, माघ में किया कल्पवास उतना ही पुण्य माना जाता है, जितना 100 वर्षों तक बिना अन्न ग्रहण किए तपस्या करना. आप अपनी दिनचर्या से अवकाश लेकर भी कल्पवास के नियमों का पालन कर सकते हैं. इससे आपको शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से ताजगी और ऊर्जा का अनुभव होगा. कल्पवास 3 दिन, 7 दिन, 15 दिन, 30 दिन, 45 दिन, तीन महीने, छह महीने, छह साल, बारह साल या जीवनभर भी किया जा सकता है. कल्पवास के 21 नियम क्या हैं? पद्म पुराण में महर्षि दत्तात्रेय ने कल्पवास के 21 नियमों के बारे में बताया हैं. कल्पवास धारण करने वालों को इन नियमों का पालन जरूर करना चाहिए. 1. सत्य वचन:- कल्पवास के दौरान सत्य बोलने का पालन. 2. अहिंसा :- किसी तरह के हिंसा से दूरी बनाना. 3. इंद्रियों पर नियंत्रण:- इंद्रियों को संयमित रखना. 4. प्राणियों पर दया भाव:- पृथ्वी पर रहने वाले सभी प्राणियों के प्रति दया दृष्टि का भाव रखना. 5. ब्रह्मचर्य:- संयमित जीवन और ब्रह्मचर्य का पूर्ण रूप से पालन करना. 6. व्यसनों का त्याग:- सिगरेट-शराब जैसे नशीले पर्दाशों का पूरी तरह से त्याग करना. 7. ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में जागना:- सुबह सूर्योदय से पूर्व उठ जाना. 8. स्नान:- नियमित तीन बार पवित्र नदी में स्नान करना. 9. त्रिकाल संध्या ध्यान:- सुबह, दोपहर और शाम तीनों समय प्रार्थना और ध्यान करना. 10. पिंडदान:- पूर्वजों का स्मरण करते हुए पिंडदान और तर्पण करना. 11. अंतर्मुखी जप:- मन और आत्मा से ध्यान और मंत्रजाप करना. 12. सत्संग:- साधु-संतों के सानिध्य में रहना. 13. संकल्पित क्षेत्र से बाहर न जाना. 14. किसी की भी निंदा ना करना. 15. साधु-संन्यासियों की सेवा करना. 16. दान: अन्न, धन और वस्त्र का दान करना. 17. जप और संकीर्तन:- नियमित रूप से भजन, मंत्र और कीर्तन के माध्यम से ईश्वर का स्मरण करना. 18. भोजन:- कल्वास के दौरान केवल एक समय ही भोजन करना चाहिए. 19. भूमि शयन:- भूमि पर सोना. 20. यज्ञ आदि के लिए अग्नि का प्रयोग न करना 21. देव पूजन:- भगवान की पूजा-आराधना करना. कल्पवास के इन 21 नियमों में ब्रह्मचर्य, व्रत, उपवास, देव पूजन, सत्संग और दान को सबसे अधिक महत्वपूर्ण बताया गया है. #SanatanDharma
